Trip with Reineke

Having Reineke as a trip sitter has been such an integral part of my healing journey. Even after many years of therapy, Reineke offered me so many new insights into my trauma and helped me see things from a different perspective.

I would describe her as extremely knowledgeable, while at the same time being someone who truly guides from the heart. I never felt like I was too much, or that I had to be anything other than I am. She guided me through some very traumatic memories and held space for me with so much care, compassion, and presence.

I truly wish that anyone working through trauma could experience this kind of care and support. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.
